Tortilla chips
Cheddar or Monterrey Jack cheese
Jalapenos
Arrange chips on a cookie sheet. Put a slice of cheese on each chip. Top with a slice of jalapeno (fresh or pickled). Refried beans may be added before the cheese. Put in oven under the broiler until cheese melts.
