GREEN RICE

4 cups cooked rice
2 small onions, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup parsley, chopped
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 small green peppers, chopped
2 cups grated cheese
2 cups milk

Mix all ingredients in order. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. This dish can also be baked in a ring mold. When placed on dish, add creamed chicken or other meats to center.
