DRESSING RABBIT AND SQUIRREL

Use these steps in backyard - dressing rabbit or squirrels:
Bleed the animal immediately. Remove the entrails and wipe the body cavity with a clean cloth, paper towels or dry grass. To remove the entrails of a small animal, make a cut from the anus to the ribs, taking care to avoid cutting the intestines. Remove body heat by allowing air to circulate around it. Never stack the animals or put them in the pockets of hunting jacket.
