"FIREY" HOT PEPPER JELLY

3/4 cup bell peppers, orange or red
1/2 cup hot green peppers (the larger the better - large ones aren't so difficult to seed and to grind)
6 1/2 cups of sugar
1 small bottle Certo
1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar

Seed and grind peppers, retaining juice. Add peppers to sugar and vinegar. Bring to rolling boil, stirring from time to time with wooden spoon. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes, then add Certo. Let stand until mixture starts to jell, stirring now and then so that peppers don't settle to bottom. Pour into glasses and seal with paraffin.
