PINEAPPLE ONION SALSA

1 cup chopped Texas SpringSweet and Texas 1015 SuperSweet Onions
1 cup total chopped red and/or green bell peppers
1 cup chopped pineapple
2 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Cover and refrigerate several hours to let flavors blend.
Makes 3 cups.
