in the lower Rio Grande Valley. This bird was observed
at Mitchell Lake in the fall of 1997. The following
spring, an individual was caught in a mist net and
banded. The fall sighting and the spring banding were
in the same area-along the road near the marsh on the
western edge of the west polder. |
